Nowadays, creative industry to be trending topic in
Indonesia. This phenomenon is caused by the probability of success in this
business is very high, not only for the people who has experience in this
sector, but also to fresh graduate person who
confuse
to look for job opportunity.
As can be seen in recent years, the success of creative industry depending on “the creativity” and “innovative” which people have, even these characters to be the main resource besides human resource.
Unfortunately, most of the people in this era still
have not
known
yet about creative industry,
even though if they
have known about this, most of them also only have poor
creativity and not innovative.
As
Indonesian, this condition to be challenge for us. In fact, according statistic
data (BPS) in 2016, the number of unemployment in Indonesia reach 5,61
% of total population (about 7,02 billion).
So, if we can success develop creative industry in our country, indirectly it
might help to decrease the number of jobless. Therefore, we need some ways and
solution to do this. In the following paragraphs, I intend to explain my
opinion about solution of this problem.
First
of all, we held elucidation to the community about creative industry, how to
work, how to start, and what's the benefit of creative industry. And keep in
mind too, this activity not only did once or twice only, but should be held annually, be
it monthly, quarterly and one or the other according to the agreement. This is
must be done
so that people educated in creative industry and also interested to cultivate
in this business. In addition, the purpose of this elucidation is not only to
educate the public, but also have another purpose, namely fishing and issued
creative ideas from the community so that it will appear new innovations and
new discoveries. If people dare to plunge into this sector, new job opportunity
automatically will be created and also would reduce the number of unemployed in
the community.
Secondly, we should be cooperation with government to make
and apply regulation "of the region must be a minimum of 1 creative
industries". This regulation will be bait for the growth and development
of the creative industry. When people know about something give a big profit, surely, people will
be interested to try. In fact, the people in our society have many creative
ideas, but because
of no regulation and no feedback from stakeholder, the ideas not appear and stack. We can imagine about the positive effect of this
regulation if it can
be applied in our society. For example, Many creative industry are around us, the number of urbanization and unemployment reduce significantly, and surely can help to press the number of poverty in our country.
That’s some ways how to solve the
problem. Based on above paragraphs, we can conclude that creative industry will
be give big impact to the number of unemployed if we can handle it.
